Jan is the best!!! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to find a house in Saginaw County. She is so easy to work with and makes you feel important and comfortable from the first minute. She gets to know what you want in a home and hooks you up with the right ones without wasting your time. We had heard about how knowledgeable and experienced Jan was in dealing with upper-end houses. We found this to be incredibly true in her case. Jan took care of every aspect of contracts/purchase agreements. She knows the area incredibly well, knows the builders, the other real estate agents (to know how to deal with them), and knows the neighborhoods where all the houses are. She does her research well, and knows details about the homes and neighborhoods that others ignore but are very important to a buyer. We never had trouble getting in touch with her, and she even showed houses to us on weekends when she could have been relaxing. Her primary concern was finding us a house we could be happy with. There was never any pressure whatsoever about any house, even houses that she recommended that we were so-so on. She is incredibly professional. We felt extremely comfortable with her and appreciated her knowledge and experience and caring.
